You know how people say if you want something done right, do it yourself? This whole experience was as if I had done it myself. I was contacted and scheduled quickly following my inquiry. Professional, courteous, and friendly communication. Knowledge and experience were obvious. Jamie took as much time as we needed walking through the house for the inspection, making helpful observations and suggestions. He answered follow up questions I had a few days later with the same promptness and thoroughness (not always the case once someone already has your money and the job is done). I cannot recommend them enough!

Jamie was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire inspection process. He was quick to respond and set up an appointment even though it was a holiday weekend. He took the time to walk through the home with me and explain his findings in depth. After the inspection, I feel much more at ease and well informed. I would highly recommend working with Jamie!
Upon the advice of my realtor, I contacted Pinnacle do a PRE-sale inspection of my home before we listed it. Jamie from Pinnacle was communicative, prompt, organized, and responsive to my requests. He was thorough and explained several aspects of his findings to me directly, in advance of the report.
The inspection revealed a failed septic aerator motor. I was able to address this costly issue prior to listing. This is the type of concern that may scare some buyers away from a property. Since I was able to address this major issue as well as several minor ones, there were no unforeseen problems.
Once we listed our home I had addressed several issues identified in the report. We presented each potential buyer with the report as well as documentation of repairs where applicable.
My wife and I chose to show our home over a long weekend (Fri-Sun). We ended up getting 5 offers; one at asking and the other four above asking price. We chose the best offer which was 15k over asking price. The buyer waived all inspections due to the thoroughness of the report provided by Pinnacle. I am fully convinced that the offers we received would have not been as attractive, nor the sales process so smooth without the pre-sale home inspection from Jamie.

Beyond what I was expecting. He was immediately in motion getting things set up to provide me with the fastest completion of the inspection. Within hours he had already gone to the home and set up the radon test kit so it would be done by the time the inspection was over, not days after.

Worth every penny! I was so impressed with the attention to detail on our inspection report, but also the time they took to sit and talk about their findings. They answered every question we had, and I felt like they left no stone unturned. Since I was selling my home and buying my new house simultaneously, I was able to compare the two inspections, and their was no comparison. You get what you pay for. The difference on my report done by Jamie was incredibly more detailed than the company my buyer paid to do the inspection on my house. Would highly recommend.

A “Create Request List”™ (CRL™) tool is also featured in the report.
